Regarding the order no: 2124741689, the order is expected to be delivered on 17th Oct 16, but still it us not delivered till today i.e. 22th Oct 16 when I made to customer care people Anand he said that now we will give let u know 24-48 hours. When Anand transferred call to supervisor Brijesh he told that in paytm if order is getting is delayed then customer only need to give a call and the paytm will send mail or message, what a waste process as that is u r job to inform to customer when it is getting delayed. Now I kbow why people are not doing shopping paytm as paytm people are irresponsible and send the items when they want, need to learn from flipkart and amazon as once they had given the delivery date 100? they will do before that but in paytm aftet crossing the deliver date also there won't be any reply. Brijesh is telling that if cancel will give money back then what is point of booking early in that case add a note in shopping items saying that will deliver when we want instead if giving deliver date. I have planned to give the item to my wife for wedding anniversary on but because of waste paytm website I am buying the item from side. I just want to tell all the customers of paytm through various ways as others should not face the problem what happen to me.
