I didn't get my cashback. Review on Paytm

As we all known that paytm is famous for paying bills and recharges but the shopping experience in this site is not that good.

They also provide bus ticket booking facility in the paytm and offer cashbook for the particular booking so I booked my ticket in the paytm and waited for the cashback into my account but it didn't happen.They even give you so many rules and regulations for the promo codes to work for you like the ticket cost should be more than a certain amount otherwise we cannot get cashback but in other sites we can get discount what ever the ticket price may be.

I contacted their costumer service they told me that it will take some time to get cashback into my account but I never get it.

And the cloth shopping also not good the products are nice and good when they are in the display but when they get delivered I am disappointed with the product.

The recharge and paying bills in paytm is good but not for the online shopping as it is not trustworthy.
