I am using this Paytm website from along time no doubt it is very good website only till you are making payment of your mobile, electricity, gas bills etc but when it come to shopping I am unable to understand its policies that what they want if you have purchased something and you don't like that product and if you return it the money will come in wallet and you wont be able to transfer it to your account until or unless it is 2, 000.00 rs and the thing which makes this website worst for shopping that is they don't have exchange policy like if you have purchased something from Paytm under some discount offer/sale so the first thing which you have to face that is you will not be eligible for the delivery of that product until that sale is not going to be expire then like if you have purchased a shoes and after delivery you feel like you need bigger size so in that case you cannot exchange that shoes only you can return it as I have mentioned earlier you will not get delivery of product under sale period so you are not eligible for discount again and then money will be credited in your wallet at the end of the day you will feel like you have just wasted your time and internet and you have got nothing go for the shopping if you are very confident about the product.
