Paytm is an indian website and allover the GUI(graphical User Interface) is good and its recharge features are also very unique but when it comes in terms of shopping and more over on reliability you can not take paytm for a 100%.
My bad experience on paytm is I ordered puma shoes worth rs1500 but when I received the courier the actual product was not genuine it was some kind of local shoes with puma brand printed on it, although paytm successfully returned the product.
Again the problem was that when they returned the money instead of giving it to into bank account they gave back money as paytm case which is really annoying.
