Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Care Service. Review on Paytm

I bought Cello Novelty Big Red Cupboard on 11.10.2015 for Rs.4449.00 with Order No is1266073098 on PAYTM Website. They promised to deliver on 22.10.2015. But till date I have not received the product. Now today is 31.10.2015, no response from them. When I approached customer care they wont respond and even they do not understand the issue. They have common lines to reply. I apologise for inconvenience caused and your issue will be resolved in next 72 hours. But there is no reply either. They also increase prices over MRP when compared to other websites and give huge discounts which everyone will get into this rat trap. No one bothers to call when we mark a mail to them. Worst and poor customer care. they do not give enough information about products also on the website.

I have posted comments on 31.10.2015 and today is 02.11.2015, till date this paytm company not at all responded. till date I did not received product. this mouthshut.com also is not so much useful I think so. and this mouthshut.com sent me a mail stating that they will block my account. they are not understanding my problem. then what is the use of writing reviews here in mouthshut.com?
