I was a regular user of paytm since last 4 months but my recharges never exceeded Rs.110/- at one time. this was the first time I had added Rs.1000 and they made their move. deducted 605/- rs without leaving a trace.
i had added Rs.500 to my paytm cash and again rs.500 after 30mins on 23rd of december 2012, to make a total of Rs.1000 in paytm cash.. it was showing both transactions as successful and added to paytm cash but yesterday when I checked paytm cash, its showing only Rs.395/- in my balance. I haven't recharged anything between this time and there is no record of any transaction in 'my orders' either.
Contacted paytm thru their facebook page but they totally ignored my comment. posted it 2-3 times but there is no reply from their side.
THEY DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER. and this seems FISHY. I recommend everyone use recharge it now instead. paytm seems like a fraud company like timtara.
