I have ordered 6 items in paytm, among one I received yesterday, was in this condition as you can see. Immediately I contacted paytm cusomer care through paytm app regarding the same, but I got a mail from paytm executive saying they cannot replace the damaged material due to the seller policy. Indirectly paytm is telling me accept whatever damaged product they deliver.
You can see the liquid inside the package and damaged bottle cap in the picture attached.
