I bought a product from Paytm and later on I cancelled this. So my money transfer into Paytm Wallet. Now the story begin. I wrote mail to customer care to return this money back to my Credit card account and they replied back me that I need to transferred this manually into my bank account.
Why this extra effort?
On web site message is showing 4% will be deduct from my money and rest will be tx to my account.
At the last money still not tx successfull because online message is flashed:
"You need to be registered for atleast 60 days before you are allowed to use this service"
- They do not have any call center number.
My suggestion is even though some product are cheap on this website please do not use this.
I told them resolve this problem ASPS otherwise I am going to consumer court.
