Hello guys this is Ravi and today I want to say about the Paytm app, nowadays many online recharge and shopping sites has been launched, some of them are worse and some are better, and one of them is Paytm. Paytm is a very good website for online recharge and bill payment. But there are some issues which may be problem for the users. But there are some issues regarding the cash back and recharge process. I have been using this app from 2 months. It showed that I will get 75 rupees cash back when I pay a bill from paytm. So I ws excited and happy and payed the current bill using paytm. But this annoyed me when I saw that I got no cash back, not even a single rupee. This pissed me off and I was totally disappointed with this. One more problem in creating this account is that we should be of 18+ to create our oaytm account orelse we r not eligible to create or have a paytm account. And I waited till I complete 18 years and finally I created my paytm account. I linkedy bank account and other details aswell. But I saw that to complete kyc I need to have other proofs like driving license, pan card, voter id etc. Common, just now I have completed 18 , how can issue any of them so soon. So dropped the plan of completion of kyc. And adding to it, I have read many reviews complaining about the online shopping through paytm. They say that products are not good and trust worthy. Many have even complained about the paymet problems and returning issues. Yet I ahve not shopped online through paytm. After reading those reviews I dont think I will shop through paytm. And another incident I faced today is I had a sprite cold drinks which I had purchased few days back and it showed that in can get 15 rs cash back in paytm by following the procedure and I followed it and sent a message which costed me 1 rupees. I waited for the code for too long but I dint get the code eventually. So even that made me a tiny loss and hopeless to use that app. Although it helps in payments and recharge sitting at home. So iam not gonna stop using this. Even though iam disappointed but im least looking for the benifits from paytm and instaed look for other apps which I may find them better. Moreover it is a trused app and with upi pic which is safe. So I suggest people to use this app and avoid shopping online. And be careful of there offers which they disply in them.
