Paytm has been continuously raising the bar for customer obsession. Be it their smart, intuitive & no-nonsense UX or their prompt & humane customer support. It's very addictive.
Once you start using Paytm, you would hate to use any other product.Their return policy also good. I ordered 1 eveready Emergency light with 50% Cashback offer, but after receiving the light was not switching on. So I just emailed the customer care and with in 2 days they arranged the pickup courier and credited my amount back.
