I have faced an issue where I have booked a ticket one month before for Diwali vacation, as you all know how bus operators inflate prices during festivals.
But, suddenly 2 days before the date of journey the bus service has cancelled the bus.
Then paytm guys didnt give me any update, I have to call them and say that I got a message from the travels saying the service has been canceled. It shows their' I don't care about customer once the payment is done' attitude.
And then they simply said "sorry, your money will be back shortly.". Who needs the money at that time? All the prices of the buses for that day were more than double and even thrice the cost at what I booked. Then I sent them a long mail displaying my inconvenience as below:
