we can transfer money to bank also which is really good for those who dont have online banking.
it is very simple to use .
once my friend call me to transfer money on sunday of 5000 to someones account urgently coz I use online banking and he doesnt use, I transfer same to his given account , but when he ask to return money via bank .than I explain him about paytm money transfer and sent him screenshot step by step . seriously he never done recharge himself and he return my money by paytm . very easy to use.
drawback. paytm doesnt support custmor care no. for any query mail is only way , which takes time and difficult to explain.overall good
