I am using Paytm since last year and I use it for everything, like for shopping, to pay bills, to recharge my phone. It liked its customer service as well. But, now I cannot say this thing about Paytm because last time I recharge my metro card through Paytm. The recharge was successful and money was deducted from my account, but my metro card was not showing the recharge amount. I contacted them through email and guess what no one is there to reply to that emails sent by me for at least once. I tried to contact them so many times but got nothing. They did not even refund my amount.
I think paytm should work on their customer support, otherwise they will loose their customers to other competitors in this market
