Hi Friends
Today I paid my electricity Bill through Paytm Wallet. This is my first transaction the transaction was failure but my money was deducted from my Paytm wallet.
after the failure transaction I try to contact the customer care department but till there is no response.
In the failure Message they are saying to contact My Bank
I have done a recharge through Paytm Wallet why should I contact the Bank
I tried with 180018001234 this number is always busy I am getting
2nd Number 0120- 3062244 its only IVR Voice I cant speak with them.
3rd Email I tried with that its saying Ill reach soon that's it
This is how they treat the customer I think so I request you guys please don't go with that Paytm It will be loss fr you
