I have added Rs. 1000/- on Monday 18th April 2016 in my Paytm Wallet. The money from my account was transferred within 35 seconds, without my knowledge and without intimation to a unknown person named Samir Tulsan. This is very serious issue and its a matter of concern as I have just started using Paytm and this first experience was horrible. How can I believe that my money is secure with Paytm wallet.
Paytm customer service is saying that the transfer was initiated from me and it was a OTP generated transaction. But I have received only one OTP on that day, and that was for login only. I have never initiated any transfer.
CAUTION! DO NOT USE PAYTM WALLET OR ELSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
