I have been using Paytm for recharge since last 3 years and never had any problems. The problem started when I ordered a Jack& jones T-shirt. The product I received was used one. The worst thing was they does not have any customer care.
You have to write a mails and for which you will be getting replied only next day and reply will be very standard dialogue that " Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we will address this by 48 hours". But problem will be resolved even if 48 days.
Finally I frustrated and stopped writing mails to them. Pls do not buy anything so that this kind of fraud companies will get out automatically.
