Making fool to customers, faulty/damage product received, no response after 6-7 days continue follow-up. already spent 150-200 rs. on phone calls. every time customer care exe. told that we are rising your complain/issue with concern/sr. dept.
Today is 8th days, my money has struck, paytm treat like nothing is happened, it seem's regular practice for them.
7-8 mails exchange, same reply - we will rise your issue to concern dept.
