Team Paytm, this is to bring to your notice the kind of unfair trade practices your team is indulging in. You are selling some items up and above the Maximum Retail Price printed on them. Your are promising to deliver the products quickly but the ordered items do not reach the mailing address unless the customer sends several reminders to your customer harassment department. And most importantly, when I tried to return the product well within the prescribed period, your team refused to accept and did not refund my money either. This is so high-handed and cheating attitude of your employees.
