Paytm is the worst ecommerce site I have seen.
It very frequently delivers substandard and duplicate products.
I ordered a vega helmet which turned out to be duplicate. The colour of the helmet started to come out in just a day or two. Also the helmet buckles in and out as if it is made of cheap plastic. The best way to cope with such a situation is to cross check credentials of the vendor whoever is selling it by checking its review.
