More than 75% of the products that I ordered from PayTM are either DAMAGED or WRONG / DUPLICATE items delivered. I tried doing different orders thinking that the prev one could be a one-off but looking at their current score, its confirmed that PAYTM is NOT a reliable online purchase store.


Recent bluff from PayTM is below. I ordered this item


"Baviss Anti Slip Mat For Dashboard"(check the photo also). What I got is some random item seen in second photo.


Unreliable - Once you place an order, the money gets deducted from your card or bank, after few days they will come back with a sorry face saying that the seller will not be able to accomodate my request. I wonder then how the order was accepted and money taken from me in the first place?


A shocker - When I ordered FAST track glasses, I received an item with a nice cover box but it was EMPTY inside:-(. The horror story continues when you raise a complaint, they ask you to sign some paper with a request letter saying that it was indeed received empty and the customer can be investigated for it. Is PayTM taking any responsibility to validate that the customer is packing the RIGHT product and in RIGHT condition?


Delayed delivery - Many a times, the delivery gets delayed and if the customer wants to cancel the item, they have to wait for the parcel to get back to their godown. Why cant PayTM get a confirmation with the courier partner and confirm that the item is with them and process the refund immediately? First of all they take our money and then they dont want to take responsibility to followup with their own courier partner on the delivery status and in the end, customer has to bare the brunt of wastage of money and time:-(
