I brought a refrigerator from paytm on 12th august
But suddenly I got a message from paytm on 16th august that your order hai been cancelled, then after few hour when I check the paytm wallet it show refund error, then I contact to customer care and they told me refund in processing.
But it passed 7days But did not credit to my bank Account. Many times I contact to customer care they have no proper solution, also visited at bank with ARN number But bank told me that there is no money credit from paytm. Even paytm not REPLY my email.
