Two months back I purchased Baby Dress from Paytm. However, the size of the dress is large and I want to send it back to them. Raised return request in their website after many number of emails(almost 6 emails for reminding) Paytm Customer to arrange the reverse pickup, they finally arranged reverse pickup from their Courier Partner Ecomm Express.
Without giving any AWB, he has taken item from us. We forgotten to take it same. After 3 weeks also I have not found any refund from them. Send many mails to Paytm Customer care for refund, they were not at all responding mails even either. There is no otherway to contact them other than email. They were never responsible to refund the amount till now.
