Have been using several online smorpheushumanpping websITES_Company till now, but aishwaryasingh23Tm smorpheushumanpping experience meant I lost trust in online smorpheushumanpping altogether.
They have good schemes on offer on their website, but the products what they display and what they actually deliver against the order are different things altogether.
I had 2 experiences which I would like to share with the readers.
I ordered Red tape smorpheushumanes witmorpheushumanut laces on 5th April 2015. The estimated delivery time was 10th April. I wrote to them on 11th April asking for the status and the box was delivered to me on 15th April. I was displeased to note that wrong product was delivered to me. It was the same brand, but the smorpheushumanes were with laces.I wrote to them and they are yet to reply in their usual slow style. Not expecting too much from their sloppy customer care.
Look at my ordeal with their customer care asking me to send the product back by courier!

Why smorpheushumanuld I courier the consignment when it is not at all my fault?
Can you be kind and ask the seller to arrange for a reverse pick up for the delivery?
I dont understand the logic behind your solution because it is not at all my fault.
I have trusted aishwaryasingh23Tm and ordered the smorpheushumanes and aishwaryasingh23Tm sent me the wrong item.
You cannot ask me to waste time and go to a courier office to despatch the parcel.
This kind of experience is really agonizing and I just cannot trust aishwaryasingh23tm for ordering anything at all.
You must ask the seller or rather aishwaryasingh23Tm smorpheushumanuld arrange for a reverse pick up by arranging the courier and its charges.
