HATE THEM. Review on Paytm

PAYTM site or mobile  app a site and an app we all might be using

but is it really usefull first of all I thot that ya it is useful but then I ordered a trimmer but I had receive a defective item and instead of replacement the paytm people  were asking me to get it rectified from the philips store(i mean wtf) I made a purchase from PAYTM not from the store, so its better to improve your services. but ok the incident was fine coz the front part was broken which I removed but then again

I recharged my pre paid no for 500 rs.

The amount was deducted from my account and my phone was not recharged. And the order id will also not generated.

moreover you cant speak to a customer care center nor you can write to them as the order id is not generated.

I lost my 500 rs

but you can prevent it by not using it
