Paytm, I am using since 3-4 years and its getting better day by day. Now in daily life, This paytm is must have app for all. There are a lot of things that you can do with paytm app, Recharge, shopping, bill payments, dth recharge, movie ticket booking, and there are a lot of different billers available. Here my some points:
App design is quite easy to use, its attractive and have inbuilt features to know about different billers, e. g. recharge options available for different operaters. So App design is quite good.
As I said there are a lot of things to do through this app. Recharge, Bill payment, Booking Movie tickets, You can recharge Metro passes, Booking cabs, Booking Bus, Paying insurance premiums, you can also pay on IRCTC site. Payment of your Gas cylinders. So almost every payment you can do with this paytm app.
Paytm provides a lot of cool offers time to time for different payments or adding cash at paytm. You can get cash back and save money.
Customer service is something that are slower to react if you have issues. Don't get me wrong. They solve the problems but they are not proactive.
Downside of paytm is it's shopping section. I had ordered a product and got different colour. So it was not trustable for shopping.
PayTM money is secured and never faced any issue with my money management. They shows history of your transactions and there is no any security issue.
