Hello friends .I want to share my problem with Paytm app. Now a days this this app is became so popular. This app is being used everywhere in India. It gives so many offers, cashback etc to it's users. I was also a Paytm user but now I'm facing some problems to use it.
First problem is login problem. I was logged in with my old mobile and after the loosing the mobile I'm not able to login in my new mobile because I forgot my password. when I try to reset my password is giving a customer service no to call and replay with one to reset password. But I'm getting the no. Is busy always. I called to the no. more than 50 times but it never connected. So creat another account.
Second problem is to add money in wallet.a couple of times I transferred money to Paytm wallet from my bank account but I got nothing in my wallet while the transaction is completed.
And another thing is cashback. Those who have not linked KYC are not getting cashback. Except these things everything is veey good. that's all friends.
