I feel this review is:
I have two accounts with PAYTM. I had tried to add money in both my accounts through net banking from my SBI account on 9th of November 2016 however due to some technical error the transaction could not be completed successfully but the money got debited from my account. I got an intimation of the refund from their end however refund amount is not yet credited. There were three transactions in all and out of which none are refunded yet. Total transaction made was of INR 2900/- and its still pending. The amount is not yet refunded nor reflects in my PAYTM wallet balance. This has happening to me for the third time in the past 3 months. I feel that PAYTM is not at all trustworthy or safe to make online transaction.
