Nearly all recharges fail...they hoard your money for 8 days and only after several mails to customer support, they refund it NOT into your bank account, but the paytm account.. so u can keep trying to do more failed recharges...
This has happened to me 9 out of 10 times. I had to follow up with them many times wasting precious time to get back my money in my bank account.
Pathetic site... please use your original mobile providers website to recharge...
