“Awesome, Fabulous, Exciting, Revolutionary” - Paytm has revolutionized online shopping experience in India. I stay in punjab and use paytm for shopping for my family. It has been great experience for me. I place order almost every week and so far have not faced any problem. Whatever issues I have faced regarding my refund and wallet has been resolved by the customer care very efficiently and promptly. The service of paytm is at par with Snapdeal and both rocks. However, cashback option in paytm is unbeatable. Some of the areas where paytm need to focus:
live chat option at front end with the representative
video clipping on the product(if possible)
mentioning "warranty" details more explicitly in the product description
use of international credit cards to fill up the wallet / shop
multiple delivery options - pricing as per delivery date - faster the higher rate
