Is PayTm cheated me or someone else is behind this. Review on Paytm

Today am sharing this incident with you all because it just happend 3 hour earlier with me.

Few day earlier I ordered a puma green flip flop from paytm it's cost around 270 because of diwali offer .

I got the product delivered to my residence and it was a prepaid product.

When I opened the product it was little damage but the product quality was good but I can accept the damage product so I requested a refund for that product , then I got the message on my registered mobile number that their agent is coming to pick the product.

Si today a man came and he told me that he was from paytm and told to me to show that product , I handed the product to him and ask to him what about the receipt ? Then he told me you don't need any receipt for that and given me one code ( 5MR7772) and told me to apply on paytm to get a quick refund and went away but when I applied this code to paytm it shows it invalid and I got a call from Ludhiana.

A lady call me and she told me sir am calling you to make a schedule for ur puma flip flop pickup and I was shocked that somebody came and took the product from me then why she is calling to schedule it?

I explained the whole thing to her and then she told me that she will give this information to her senior and told me to call paytm and ask about that but hear am worried that who was that guy?

Am I got cheated ? Am confused ?
