Please never shop Paytm. I bought a monitor on 14th October 16 via credit card as they were giving a good cashback of 20%. The monitor was shipped next day by seller. Now the shipment has reached destination city on 20th October. Since 9 days their courier partner safexpress is not delivering the product. I am willing to pick up myself still they are not giving any information from which office I can pick up. I have made several calls to Paytm customer care and safexpress customer care, but all they say is "delivery will be done in next 24 hours." Their 24 hours is not ending since last 9 days. I even emailed their CEO - Vijay Shekar, posted on twitter and facebook but they repeat the same useless thing "Delivery will be done in 24 hours". For the last 7 days I am receiving "Delivery attempt unsuccessful" SMS.
