I have been using paytm since 3 years and intially I was pretty happy with their service and their rewards in cashbacks but now paytm has severely dropped its quality standards for eg 2 months back I recharged my number with amount 303 the money was deducted from my paytm account but the recharge was not done. They didnot give me any notification refund or so when I contacted with them. So I had to again recharge my phone through retailer, after 4 days all this happened I received a message that your paytm recharge is successful, and thereby I wasted my 300 rs as it was a plan based recharge. Now they dont recharge on time, neither provide good cashbacks I will recommend to switch to mpesa or mobikwik or freecharge
