I am using Paytm for online recharges and Online Shoppping.Recently I tried to bought a product through Paytm and did the Payment of Rs 587 through my debit card but due to some technical issue the payment failed and I tried to check the order status then It showed me that the order is failed and Rs 587 were already deducted from my account.I contact Paytm Support then They replied me after 2 days and said that we haven't received the Payment yet So Your order is failed.
I replied that Rs 587 already deducted then They said Contact Bank and I visited my Bank for the money and they replied that the Merchant Received the money from our side.Due to which I lost mine Rs 587 even contacting here and there.So I lost my trust on Paytm and don't want to recommend to anyone.
