Poorest service ever got from paytm
I ordered a symphony air cooler to be delivered to assam. It showed that the expected delivery time for the product is 5-8 days. It has been 5 days and the product is yet not dispatched from New Delhi seller.
Moreover, every time you call PAYTM guys they say it would take them 48-72 working hours(6 days) to resolve on query. In this fast placed world seller should have been question and forced to take action immediately. I would suugest customer not go believe on timeline for north eastern states delivery mentioned by Paytm.
