I have so many good experience with Paytm.
I actually stated using it after demonetization. You can do online shopping, pay your electricity bills, gas bills, mobile recharge and lots more. You can buy your bus ticket, air fare with 100% cash back facility.
Paytm interface is user friendly, one can easily use it with no technical knowledge like my father is not at all tech-savvy but still he is using it with no effort.
Paytm has many features like online shopping, electricity gas billing, train bus air ticket, you can book hotels, can purchase bikes cars, you can transfer money from 1 person to another by the same platform and lots more.
In current scenario there is shortage of changes so with Paytm one can easily pay for anything whether its for just a cup of tea or a laptop. And mostly everyone has Paytm nowadays.
All in all its a best app for cashless transition.
