Worst ever customer service. All they know is to build their brand but don't know how to handle customer service. Awaiting my reply to the query posted 96 hours back.
You guys just don't deserve to be in the market. I raised a concern but I just get a response that the query will be looked in 48 hours and 72 hours. Is there anybody to actually look at or you guys just know how to make false promises
