I started using paytm wallet from last december 2016 when I facing cash problem due to monetization and huge crowd outside of ATM. The concept of paytm is very simple. its just a payment and transfer gateway like paypal and others.
Layout and design is too cool and this wallet is available in all mobile platform.
Features are outstanding. it can be use for both pay and receive transaction. you can pay or transfer amount to anyone who install paytm wallet in their device via mobile no or QR code.You can also transfer your amount to your bank too.
Now a days, paytm is my cashless wallet, I used to pay all my utility bill via patym as they offer great cashback to doing this.I also use it to pay amount to grocery shop via QR.very recently they started online shopping via their app, though I did not ordered anything!
