I have submitted 4,5 times a request of wallet upgrade but still not Wallet Upgrade.
I am not satisfy with Paytm wallet upgrade service. service is very slow.
I am trying for last 2 months for wallet upgrade but not received any call from your side
and nobody call me for documents pickup and not received any response.
So you contact with anybody who will pick my documents for wallet upgrade.
my number is always reachable. no one try to call me.
I think all members of your team is not interested to work.

And Funniest thing is Paytm reply was always same-
"Dear Paytm user, We are closing your Wallet Upgrade request at this time as the KYC process could not be completed at the appointed time that was fixed.
Should you need any further assistance, let us know."
Not satisfy with Paytm Team Members.
