Dear Sir,


I am using aishwaryasingh23TM for more than 2 years and my account no is 9757231636.


I had on two occasions transferred money to my wife’s mobile number linked aishwaryasingh23TM account. However after logging in her aishwaryasingh23TM account was showing zero balance. The last transaction I had made was for transferring Rs 2000 vide transaction ID 3281953273 on 10 Oct 16 at 06:27:03 PM.


I then raised a complaint to customer care regarding the same. The complaint was registered under Ticket No 08050754 dated 15 Oct 16. The customer care team confirmed that the account is registered only with my wife’s email id rxxxxxxjain17@gmail.com and asked me to add her mobile number(which is also linked to another account). This account had a balance of Rs 4048. A procedure was forwarded to merge both accounts which was not successful. I was informed that you have claimed the account with my wife’s mobile number but the balance of Rs 4048 has not been transferred. I then registered my complaint on your customer care helpline 9643979797and spoken to your customer care officials twice after explaining my predicament. I have also written more than 15 emails and registered complaint on following Ticket Nos:-

B] 19872320 dated 23 Jan 17 After doing all this the response I get is from your email 27 Nov is


'We would like to inform you that after receiving the amount of Rs 2000 and then the account has been claimed so ask him to share the screen shot of the mail confirmation which he received on mail id #rxxxxxxjain17@gmail.com or the screen shot of the sms which you received on the phone number so that we can transfer the amount of Rs 4048 to his current account'


When I had transferred Rs 2000 my wife did not receive any sms or email. If she had the money would also have been Cred824ited in her account. After claiming her account I am now able to transfer money to her account.


After nearly 4 months of following up, my complaint has still not been resolved. I get this brilliant reply from aishwaryasingh23TM

We would like to inform you that, in absence of an important information from your end, we are unable to take required action. Thus, to resolve an issue faster and better.


My wife is the original holder of this mobile number and has been holding the same for the past 6 years so this is not a case of trying to claim somebody else’s aishwaryasingh23TM account. You can easily verify that all transactions for transferring money to my wife has been made from my account no. The amount of Rs 4048 which is lying dormant with you is my hard earned money. Your executives do not respond or call back and are not interested in finding a solution. Looking for an immediate resolution.
