It is time to get digital and in a digital economy an e wallet is a must
I've tried over 5+ e wallets and the best I've ever used is PayTm
it has a simple tidy interface and the mobile version loads pretty quickly
we can use it for different bill payments and fund transfer
in order to check the legit side first I've added some money to paytm and tried depositing it back to my bank account, by god's grace that was a success
mobile recharges you do on paytm is processed very fast compared to the competitors
it always better to use a popular app for transactions, increased popularity of paytm results in the ease of using it anywhere
customer care team do replied to my email though it had taken some time
the key concept of paytm is ewallet as well as to be a shopping site and I don't think it is the best as a shopping site
design of the interface is simple and all features are organised well
apart from many features like scan and pay, imps paytm also supports many regional languages which makes it handy for common people
recently paytm announced their payments bank facility which is yet to come, if you want to have an account with payments bank your existing paytm account details along with kyc is enough, those who don't like to join in the payments bank are free to use paytm wallet, they just need to send an email to the paytm contact center stating the concern
as a wallet for day today transactions it is the best, all transactions we do with paytm are end to end encrypted, so no worries on security.
