Guys I had Rs. 8100 balance on 25th of this month

I made some transactions of Rs. 118.59 and Rs. 154

Therefore final balance should be Rs. 7827.41

But it is Rs. 7427.41

Therefore Rs. 400 is missing without any trace

I reported the same to the customer care and asked for wallet statement.

They sent an email saying the following

“_Thank you for contacting us._

We would like to inform you that, your monthly Paytm wallet statement is sent on every 2nd week of the month, to your registered email address. Alternatively, you can also download Wallet statement from your Passbook by tapping on current month.

Enclosed is your Paytm wallet statement for your quick reference. You can also check and view your wallet statement and transaction details on web and Paytm mobile app."

But there was no statement attached with the email and they did not mentioned anything about the deduction.

I reverted back and asked where is my money?

Though I have not received any reply but Rs. 350 has been credited

but still Rs. 50 missing from my wallet and surprisingly there is no history/record i.e. nothing is reflected in the wallet statement

Therefore guys/gals please keep a track of your paytm wallet balance.

This kind of cheating reminds me those Horrible Reliance days when they used to deduct balance regularly from customers account without any reason and while you call the customer care they will say server down.

Be aware and cross check your paytm balance regularly
