Don't use this app as it is not reliable. Did not expect that there is no customer service number to call. Also only auto generated email is received if u complain about money lost I.e not credited to beneficiary wallet. Not acceptable in monetary transactions.very poor and irresponsible customer services . although customer have no option to contact Paytm and claim the money back. They need to add confirmation receipt from the beneficiary that he or she has received money.
The Design and Layout are excellent I cannot complain about that.Paytm is widely accepted and can be used for payments via the QR Code.In these times of Demonetisation it may prove to be quiet useful.
However all of its functions go to waste if it simply debits omney for no reason and the customer care is not present there is only email service available which in itself might take a lot of time for conversation and it is really not good for quick help.
