I have been using paytm for the last one yrs .for various purpose.ie for recharge, electric bill payment, DTH recharge, gas payment . In starting they offer good cash back and we have receive cash back. But now day they are offering very less cash back. over all it is good but sometimes we have faced problem.while doing recharge money Deb from my bank account but recharge not done .but after some time they returned to my bank account. So it is safe.
