Paytm was better in previous years but now their services have become worst due to the modifications they have made in their mobile app. It has become very difficult to contact their customer care because they have made such a system of raising issue in which they do not provide or rarely provide an optin to write to their customer care. You can not easily contact their customer care executive on email or phone. Phone communication is almost revoked. Their response has become so poor that the customer feels frustration. I had placed an order for whirlpool 8 kg washing machine with order # 3984952883 on 17th october. Then I had cancelled the order the very next day but still I have not got refund and the amount is still not credited to my bank account. Then on 18th october I again placed a new order for the same product with order Id: 3991733367. This order was expected to be shipped by 21st october but unfortunately it is not shipped and I am unable to contact paytm mall customer care executive because they are not providing any option to write to them in their app. Paytm mall has mentioned that if the seller does not ship in time then he will cancel the order and paytm mall will penalise the seller. My question is that if order is to be cancelled then what is the meaning of placing an order. If paytm can not fulfill the order then why it accepts order. Why a customer's money gets blocked even for few days? There is no benefit to customer if paytm mall penalise any seller. This is simple a matter of making customers fool, blocking their money without any reason and creating inconvenience to customers. Really I am not happy with this app. If my order gets cancelled by any chance and not delivered then I have made up my mind to escalate this issue on social media by writing on facebook, consumer forums, debate panels and many more. Even I want to write like an essay on my experience with this and will send to whatsapp groups and friends so that they can know the reality and can be aware of this things.
