Pay nothing. Review on Paypal

I joined pay pal many months ago and since then I have not been able to get into my account. They sent me my password and everything but I can not get in at all and they have done nothing further to correct the situation after several attempts to get them to do so.

The concept is good. You can transfer money to some one else or to your own bank account which could be very handy if it would work for me.

I was there once and put money into the account and was not able to get back in so I have money that I can't get to.

I have read the other reviews on this and everyone seems to like it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as I know many sites pay through pay pal which will not do me any good unless I can get in there again.

I could probably set up a new account but that would not help me to get my money out of the other one. I am just wondering if I am the only one that has had this problem?

I would recommend it to other people as it may just be a problem on my end but I do not recommend customer service at all. They are of no help.
