I have been using payoneer for more than 5 years. They have asked for different documents and questionnaire which I submitted every time. Last month, I received an email from Payoneer that I need to submit ID and answer a questionnaire in the verification center. I submitted the ID and filled up the questionnaire form. Yesterday, I noticed that my balance is blocked in Payoneer which I can't withdraw, nor can I receive payments. I quickly checked email and found an email that was sent a couple of days ago letting me know that my balance is blocked because I needed to submit those doc and info (which they asked last month and I submitted) and that’s why my balances are all blocked.
So, I reached customer support and they couldn’t help. They are saying that the questionnaire I have submitted is under review and that's why my balances are all blocked. And even worse, they can't give me any specific amount of days that may require for them to verify a less than 10 sentences long answer to questionnaire. I don't get the point how on earth you freeze money because your answer reviewers couldn’t review a small questionnaire that probably had 5-6 questions. about business.
Pathetic situation with no clue how many days it might keep me stressed.
