I am using a ICICI Banks Credit and account card for the past 10 years where in all my points are transferred to this Payback fraud company. I have tried 2 redemptions in the last month
I have given redemption for 9000 points for evoucher which was supposed to be mailed to me immediately. This fraud company as usual I think had eaten my vouchers and informed vouchers have been emailed might be email would have lost . Funny isn't it . Or frauds. ICICI Bank regularly transfers points to payback and these people cheats customer, I seriously doubt the bank is also a partner in this fraud because they are least bothered to address the concern, ICICI Bank and Payback what a deadly combination to cheat
customers .
This people have deducted that 9000 points and charged service amount to the same. Next time you see one of their executives in mall just remember this company is going to fool you
