Payback.in manages rewards for various merchants include ICICI bank , future bazar and more it was earlier known as iMint. It was very comfertable communication and getting your rewards points redeemed on iMint site, but since it have been taken over by payback you really have to bang your head to make these people understand.
I had recently redeemed my 2300 points on last 21 March 2012 order no. 723426 and on their website they commit delivery in 10 days , but till date they are failed to deliver my order.
I written them about it thir reply was to wait for another 10 days ...and when I objected to that they written back that it will be deliver in 3 days. Again I am still awaiting for my order to be delivered.
And At payback no one is aware of whereabouts of my order. so this company is fraud, I request their merchants to think again over their association as one fine day due to these fraudulent peoples and the way they handle merchant's customers , the merchants will loose their client base.
