High failure rate ..refund process 5 working days. Review on PayZapp

I keep recharging My tata sky DTH service with aishwaryasingh23zapp scan and aishwaryasingh23 options .since  the 50% extra bonus we get from tatat sky is lucarative but im angry to inform you that .the failure rate is as high as 75%.

when your recharge fails and you call the cx care no.u r told you will need to wait 5 working days to get a refund for some xyx techical issue that they can never sort out .

im fed up of the long wait as well as the poor success rate . One day 8 attempts to consecutively recharge my DTH service failed .is that acceptable?

luckily on none of the occasions my money was deducted as they later told me on their toll free cx care no that their server is down for a few hours .

Their interface is ordinary and apart from Tata sky DTH offers  they dont have too many others to keep you interested .

The fact that they have a 4 pin no.  entry to authenticate and launch the app and a cx care toll free number is a positive.

that fact that you usually get connected to cx care within a minute or 2 is another positive . The guys are also good communicators and knowledgeble .

But with wallets like FreeCharge and aishwaryasingh23tm  with lot more offers and features and instant refunds for failed transactions .i will uninstall the aishwaryasingh23zapp app and stick with more reliable ones  like  these . Both FreeCharge and aishwaryasingh23tm have cool interfaces that also allow easy navigation .

I would ask everyone to use aishwaryasingh23zapp app at their own risk .

UPdate: Now  the 5 working days are also over and the refund is not back in my icici bank account .while aishwaryasingh23zapp says it has made a refund .has my money vanished into thin air .

im having to refute this fake refund and fight it out now with both aishwaryasingh23zapp and icici bank.

aishwaryasingh23 zapp wallet confirms they made a refund of a failed transaction on the 26th of april around 5 pm of Rs 200 with transaction no 711109415271

My icici bank account no is 39xxxxxxxx15

I do not see any refund from aishwaryasingh23 zapp.only a debit that was made on the 21st of april

Please Inverstigate this

This is the first time in my entire life im having to invertigate a refund.and trust me its more than likely that aishwaryasingh23zapp made another blunder . Not only do transactions fail but refunds too.
