I installed payzapp in my phone. I tried to pay my gspc gas bill # 501848728. I am trying for last 5 days but bill payment is not possible. I contacted customer care of payzapp but I got no response except an auto generated email of acknowledgement. I again replied to my own mail but they did not reply me. This app is totally faltu app. When we contact hdfc bank then they say that you have to contact payzapp.
Nobody is ready to look in to the problem. Even I had added dakshin gujarat vij company ltd as a registered biller in pyzapp but payzapp never shown bill amount of dgvcl and never allowed me to pay the bill. Really this makes me frustrated. We can not use wallet balance of payzapp to pay bills and money gets blocked for no reason. Dont use this app, its just a timepass by hdfc bank.
